Wise Eagles Academy supports a select group of students who demonstrate a strong commitment to growth as players, competitors, leaders, and scholars.
OUR APPROACH
WE Lead Sports partners closely with each participant to:
- Develop a personalized growth and development plan
- Provide consistent mentoring, academic support, and leadership opportunities
- Track progress and adjust support to ensure steady improvement
This holistic approach ensures every student receives the resources, accountability, and encouragement needed to reach their full potential.
MEASURING SUCCESS
Students who receive Wise Eagles Academy wraparound services demonstrate measurable growth compared to peers without access to these supports.
Key success indicators include improvement in:
- Academic achievement and school engagement
- Athletic development and competitive performance
- Social-emotional well-being and community involvement
- Successful college enrollment or meaningful career placement after high school
Are You a Wise Eagles Athlete?
- Ages 8–17 with 2+ years of tennis experience
- Aspires to play tennis at the middle school, highschool, or college level
- Committed to growth on and off the court
- Interested in local or national competition
- Lives in Mercer County (Trenton, Ewing, Lawrence, Hamilton)
- Ready for a long-term commitment with parent/guardian support
