Meet Our Board

James is a professional soccer coach with over 10 years of experience managing a soccer organization in the Mercer County area.  He's the father of two litter girls and serve as the Associate Minister at Transformation Church Trenton. His career has been centered around coaching and mentoring youth of all ages. He comes with a vast knowledge of youth development and is now co-leading the organization in its efforts to expand. 

Michelle is a Youth Development Specialist and Professional Tennis Coach with 17 years of experience, working with over 5,000 young people in the NJ/NY area.  She is the founder of She Leads Sports LLC and WE Lead Sports Inc. 

Michelle graduated from Drew University with a BA in Economics and a master's in Creative Writing. 

Belita is a Forward-Thinking Intersectional Leader, Ecosystem-Based Research Scientist and Amateur Afrofuturist Anthropologist.

Belita has served as program director in many non-profit organizations over the years. She currently serves as Board Member in providing strategic insight and foresight to the organization's mission.

Mr. Kamue Gbelama works for the state of New Jersey and is an avid business owner in the community of Trenton, NJ.  He is a soccer player with excellent knowledge about building young people through sports.
