
James G. Okore is a professional soccer coach and youth development leader with over 10 years of experience managing a soccer organization in the Mercer County area.
He has spent more than 15 years in leadership roles across the corporate, sports, and faith-based sectors, bringing extensive experience in building teams, scaling organizations, and optimizing performance. As Pastor of Church Discipleship and Training and Chairman of the Elder Board at Transformation Church NJ, James leads with a heart for developing people and creating strong, purpose-driven communities.
His career has focused on coaching and mentoring youth of all ages, blending his expertise in youth development with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
Above all, James is a devoted husband to Michelle Okore and a proud father of two daughters, Mariah and Ariella Okore.

Michelle is a Youth Development Specialist and Professional Tennis Coach with over 19 years of experience, having worked with more than 5,000 young people across the NJ/NY area.
She graduated from Drew University with a B.A. in Economics and a master’s degree in Creative Writing.
In 2022, Michelle founded WE Lead Sports Inc. to expand youth access to developmental opportunities and to prepare young people for life beyond high school. Through this organization, she blends sports, leadership development, and college readiness to ensure youth are equipped for long-term success.

Belita is a forward-thinking intersectional leader, ecosystem-based research scientist, and amateur Afrofuturist anthropologist. She brings a unique blend of analytical insight, creativity, and visionary leadership to every role she undertakes.
Belita has spent many years working in youth development in New York City, designing and implementing programs that empower young people, foster leadership skills, and create pathways for academic, social, and personal success. She has also served as program director for multiple nonprofit organizations, leading initiatives that positively impact underserved communities.
As a Board Member, Belita provides strategic insight and foresight to guide the organization’s mission and advance its long-term goals. Her experience and dedication to youth development, community empowerment, and innovative leadership make her an invaluable asset to any organization she serves.
Mr. Kamue Gbelama works for the State of New Jersey, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. In his role, he focuses on workforce management, talent development, and creating systems that empower employees to succeed, applying his leadership skills to improve organizational performance and community outcomes.
Kamue is also an avid business owner and entrepreneur in Trenton, NJ, with a deep commitment to supporting local initiatives and providing opportunities for youth. A passionate soccer player and coach, he leverages his knowledge of sports to mentor and develop young people, teaching teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills both on and off the field.
Kamue is a devoted husband to Joan Gbelama and a proud father to two daughters, Viola and Ariel Gbelama, and is committed to fostering strong family and community values through his professional and personal endeavors.
